Haley joined the team in 2023, bringing with her a strong foundation in customer service from retail, when she transitioned into the financial services industry. Her role has steadily evolved, and she now serves as a key contributor to new business operations. Although her academic background is rooted in the arts and humanities, this position enables her to apply her analytical strengths and commitment to operational efficiency.

Outside the office, Haley enjoys caring for her cats, writing, painting, and exploring new hiking trails.
